🏢 City Seeking Feedback on Municipal Spaces

Recognize these city spaces and places?

The city is in the process of moving it’s municipal center and police headquarters in late 2027 or early 2028, and once they do, several properties along the 10th Street Corridor will be repurposed.

Tentative plans include more park space and other civic and community uses. Check out the Public Meeting Doc from the most recent January 21 meeting, which shows maps and images of these spaces.

If you’d like to provide your thoughts, the city is collecting comments through February 5. You can sign in or create an account to submit your comments ➡️ here.

📍 Learn more about the new municipal center at a meeting on February 12 @ 5:30-6:30pm at the Golden Community Center.
📍 More community meetings will be held in April (10th Street properties) and May (municipal center plans).

January was for reading romantasy novels alone in bed during the cold, dark month. Whatever gets you through—am I right?!

February is for the gals! Come out of winter hibernation to join the newest book club in Golden!

The Books & Benders book club will meet at Cannonball on Tuesday, February 25th from 6-8. The first book is ‘Vox’ by Christina Dalcher.
